Glass-lined equipment is made by applying high-silicon enamel to the metal surface and firing it at 950℃ to make the enamel adhere to the metal iron surface. Therefore, it has the dual advantages of chemical stability similar to glass and metal strength.
Glass-lined equipment is widely used in industrial production and scientific research such as chemical, pharmaceutical, dye, pesticide, organic synthesis, petroleum, food manufacturing and defense industry, such as reaction, evaporation, concentration, synthesis, extraction, polymerization, saponification, mineralization, chlorination, nitration, etc., to replace expensive stainless steel and non-ferrous metals. Corrosion resistance: It has strong corrosion resistance to various concentrations of inorganic acids, organic acids, organic solvents and weak bases. However, it is not suitable for strong alkali, hydrofluoric acid and fluoride-containing media, as well as phosphoric acid with a temperature greater than 180℃ and a concentration greater than 30%.
