Characteristics of enamel reaction kettle

1. Chemical resistance: able to withstand corrosion from sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, and various organic acids.

2. Good resistance to high temperature, low temperature, and rapid temperature changes: It is now possible to manufacture heat-resistant enamel that works at around 1000 ℃, as well as enamel that can withstand higher temperatures and be coated on alloy steel. The Mohs hardness of general enamel is between 5 and 7 levels, while the hardness of microcrystalline enamel with excellent wear resistance can reach Mohs hardness of 8 levels, which is better than general glass and similar to excellent microcrystalline glass, ceramics, etc.

4. Good weather resistance and anti-aging: Enamel has a very high resistance to the atmosphere and light. Enamel materials can maintain their original characteristics, such as not fading, when used outdoors for a long time.

5. The surface is dense and smooth, which is not conducive to bacterial growth.

7. Rich colors and bright hues.

9. High compressive strength: can withstand pressures of (80-200) × 10 6 MPa.

10. Electrical insulation: Glass inorganic materials themselves are insulators, and a 1mm thick enamel layer can withstand a voltage of 10000V and can be used as high-voltage insulation coatings.
